Service Scope

K9VPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access and access to international websites, with coverage in 100+ countries and 250+ routes. It supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, clients and subscription status are shown in the user panel.

A subscription provides network connectivity and does not include memberships to third-party websites, apps or content platforms. Third parties determine their own regional rules, account reviews and content licensing. A successful connection does not guarantee access to particular content or features.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publish them publicly, hand them to others or store them in public materials. If your credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit sharing accounts with the public, distributing subscriptions or reselling the service. Without authorization, you may not use the service as a public connection gateway or charge others for access.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See plan pricing for prices and data allowances, and review the billing terms before choosing a plan.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the usage rules of the services they access. You may not use the service for unlawful activities, including fraud, violating another person's privacy, distributing malware, accessing systems without authorization or infringing intellectual property rights.

You may not interfere with the normal operation of networks, including by attacking target systems, sending unsolicited bulk messages, using another person's account or maliciously consuming shared network resources. You are responsible for the content you upload, download or distribute and for your access activities. Network connectivity does not change your legal obligations.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, international links, the status of the destination service and your device configuration. K9VPN does not promise that every route will always be available or guarantee a particular access speed or the continued availability of third-party services. Maintenance, troubleshooting or changes to external networks may cause interruptions or route changes.

If you experience connection issues, check your subscription status, update your client and submit details about the problem. K9VPN will investigate service-side issues based on verifiable information. Third-party outages and problems with user devices are outside the control of this service and cannot be guaranteed to be resolved.

These terms do not exempt K9VPN from liability required by law or exclude user rights that applicable law does not permit to be restricted. Liability will be determined based on the circumstances, losses and applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If there is unlawful use, unauthorized resale or sharing, network attacks, account theft or similar activity, K9VPN may suspend the relevant connections, restrict account features or terminate the service based on the risk. Any action should be proportionate to the conduct and its impact; necessary measures may be taken first in an emergency.

If you disagree with an action, explain the situation and request a review through a user panel support ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription information in your submission. Subscription expiration, exhausted data and termination for violations are separate circumstances and should not be treated as the same.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

K9VPN may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will show the update month on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes and how they apply must comply with the law; an update to this page does not retroactively waive existing liability.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply.
