Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains the refund scope, application materials and return process for K9VPN subscription services. Before submitting a request, check the orders and payment records in your account. Refund discussions take place through a ticket in the user panel, where the outcome is also recorded.
Refund window and scope
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The window starts from the account record of the first successful payment. Eligibility is checked against the ticket submission time. You do not need to provide proof of a connection issue or complete troubleshooting before submitting a request.
When requesting a refund, specify the order to be refunded. Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different billing methods, so order records determine the details. Data packages never expire, but that does not mean the refund window is unlimited. Renewing, upgrading or purchasing another data package does not restart the refund window tied to the first payment.
Eligibility and items to check
You may request a refund within the window due to changes in usage habits, device arrangements or access needs, or because the service did not meet your expectations. No additional explanation is required. A normal connection, subscription import or use of data is not, by itself, grounds for refusing a refund.
The terms do not set a threshold that makes an order ineligible once a certain proportion of data has been used, and this policy does not introduce a separate data deduction standard. If an order involves unusual excessive usage, a payment dispute or suspected conduct that violates the Terms of Service, the relevant records should be reviewed and the basis for the decision explained. A general claim that the service was “used” is not a substitute for checking the facts.
Orders outside the application window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment above. Unpaid, closed or already-refunded orders have no remaining payment to return. You may still submit a payment review ticket for duplicate charges or an incorrect amount.
How to request a refund
- Sign in to the user panel, open your order history, and confirm the order number, payment method, amount paid and successful payment time.
- Go to the ticket page, state that you are requesting a refund and identify the relevant order. If the request covers multiple payments, list each one separately.
- Provide any necessary transaction records requested in the ticket, confirm the refund amount and receiving method, then use the same ticket to check for updates.
You may keep the information needed to verify the transaction and redact unrelated personal details. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, wallet private key or recovery phrase. No email address is required specifically for a refund request. If you cannot sign in, first check the account guidance in the Help Center.
Refund methods and payment differences
Refunds are preferably returned through the original payment method, and the recipient should match the original payment record. Alipay and WeChat orders must first be checked against the original transaction. If the payment channel cannot process a return through the original route, the reason should be explained in the ticket and a workable method confirmed with the requester before processing. Funds will not be redirected to another recipient without confirmation.
A USDT transfer cannot be reversed directly. A refund requires separate confirmation of the receiving address, network and related payment record. Check these details in the ticket, and do not send funds to an unconfirmed address. If channel restrictions, network fees or an amount difference apply, explain and confirm them in advance. No undisclosed deductions will be added after the request is submitted.
Refund status and confirmation
Request review, payment-channel processing and receipt of funds are separate stages. No fixed time for funds to arrive has been published, and a ticket reply does not confirm receipt. Progress depends on the order review, the original payment channel and the recipient's processing.
After receiving a refund completion notice, check the amount against the transaction record in your original payment account or wallet. If the funds have not arrived, the amount differs or the channel shows an issue, add the details to the original ticket to continue the review and keep the information together. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits for that order are adjusted based on the outcome. Before using the service again, check the plan and subscription status in the panel.
